JOBST Comprilan short-stretch compression bandages do not stretch to more than 100% of their original size. Their high stiffness provides firm containment, offering strong resistance against which the muscles can contract. 
A desired compression level can be applied at rest, called resting pressure. This pressure then temporarily increases during movement (called working pressure).This helps to transport the lymph fluid and the venous blood to the centre of the body, thereby reducing oedema. 
Compression bandages can be combined with pads to either increase or evenly distribute the pressure on your affected limb.  
Comprilan is available in the following sizes: 6cm x 5m, 8cm x 5m, 10cm x 5m and 12cm x 5m.

To use JOBST Comprilan follow the product-specific instructions provided inside the packaging. Please also follow your healthcare provider’s instructions.
JOBST Comprilan compression bandages can be washed up to 10 times. For this purpose, you can machine wash in warm water (up to 60°C) with mild detergent. Do not use laundry additives such as fabric softener, optical brightener, or stain remover. Do not use bleach. Rinse well. Do not wring. Do not dry the compression bandage on a radiator or in direct sunlight. Dry flat. Do not iron or tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
